RELEASING EMOTIONS BOTH POSITIVE & NEGATIVE

Many spiritual disciplines and modalities are needed to fully round out a soul’s gifts and path. Experience in many ways of thinking and being are needed to allow one to understand and empathize with others. We are such a complex and diverse species. Humanity and its various cultures need investigating, study and understanding to truly enhance one’s experience on the planet.

“The Sedona Method” a way of releasing emotions is a powerful tool for self growth and freedom. To release even positive feelings as soon as they arrive in your consciousness is a truly enlightening experience. One usually thinks that positive emotions are valuable and worth hanging on to. However, if one releases the positive along with the negative emotions, a higher and truer freedom of consciousness arises.

Often times we think our emotions are “us”…that they define “us”…not so. Emotions come through us and we have choice on whether to hold on to them, experience them or let them go. It is to our advantage to let them go as soon as they arise in our field of experience.

Freedom comes from allowing what is, to be just that, what is.

Judging, evaluating, sorting, excluding, etc. is a way of being that limits true joy, freedom and self expression. We are all the one…the only…the one. When we exclude anything by holding on to the thought of separation or difference, we divide and do not conquer.

All is the whole. All people are the whole. All events are the whole. All is Well.

Our judgment of people, places, events, emotions, etc. separates and causes divisive personal experience. It breeds loneliness, egoism and separateness. So when we judge an emotion as positive as well as negative, we get out of the “flow” of life and the “one” and enter the arena of the many.

The Sedona Method is a valuable tool in recognizing how we hang onto the positive emotions as well as the negative emotions and therefore keep our joy locked up.

Becoming the consciousness of the “one” rather than the “many” is the ultimate goal of human experience. To become the all in all and to experience it on a moment to moment basis is the freedom and the joy of the soul’s path.
